Saluch Limited introduced Keda Cowling's books to New Zealand parents and schools in 2001.  For many, the books have proved to be effective solutions to students literacy problems.

Tongariro School in Turangi was one of the first in New Zealand to introduce Toe by Toe to students struggling to read.  As well as having success with main stream students, they have discovered Toe by Toe works just as effectively for those who have been schooled in Te Reo.
